Your admin will provide your Phoenix login. Once your account is created, sign in using your email for two factor authentication. If you don’t have access yet, request it from your Phoenix administrator.
Do I need a payment gateway before getting started?
You can begin building products and flows without a gateway, but you cannot process real payments until one is connected.
What transactions does Phoenix handle?
Phoenix supports direct sales, recurring subscriptions, trial offers, renewals, upsells, down sales, and cancellations. These can be customized and combined to fit your business model.
