How to Integrate Klaviyo with Phoenix

The Klaviyo Integration lets you send store and subscription data from Phoenix directly to your Klaviyo lists. You can send data such as abandoned carts, approved subscriptions, declined transaction subscriptions, canceled subscriptions, and upcoming subscriptions.

Enable the Klaviyo Integration​

Use these steps to open the store you want to connect to Klaviyo and turn on the integration.

  1. Click Stores in the left navigation bar.

  2. Find the store you want to configure on the Stores page and click the Edit icon in the Actions column.

  3. Click the Klaviyo tab.

  4. Turn on the Klaviyo Integration toggle.

Add a New Klaviyo List​

Follow these steps to add the list you want to send data to and save your changes.

  1. Click + Add New Klaviyo List.

  2. Select the type of data you want to send from the Data to send dropdown, enter your Klaviyo API Key, Klaviyo Metric, and Klaviyo List Name, and set the amount of time to wait before sending the data under Send to Klaviyo after.

  3. Select the fields you want to include in the Data to send checkbox list.

  4. Click Add Klaviyo to save the list.

  5. Click Continue to return to the store's configuration steps.

  6. Continue through the remaining store configuration steps until you reach Update Storefront, then click it to save the integration.

    The available options under Data to send dropdown are Abandoned Cart, Approved Subscriptions, Declined Transaction Subscriptions, Canceled Subscriptions, and Upcoming Subscriptions. The fields and steps are the same regardless of which option you select. To configure additional lists, repeat these steps by clicking + Add New Klaviyo List again.
