Change the Image on Your Thank You Page in Phoenix Checkout

You can easily update the default image displayed on your store’s Thank You page from the Phoenix Checkout Builder. This allows you to customize your post-purchase experience, improve brand consistency, and test image variations that can increase conversions.

Follow these steps to modify the image on your Thank You page:

  1. Log in to your Phoenix Dashboard.

  2. In the left navigation panel, click Stores.

  3. Click your Store Title to open its settings.

  4. Go to the Checkout tab.

  5. Locate the Thank You page you want to edit and click the pencil icon under the Actions column to open it in the Checkout Builder.

  6. In the editor, find the default image displayed on the Thank You page (usually a placeholder logo) and click it to open the Image Uploader panel on the right side.

  7. Click the Select Image.

  8. Choose one of the following options to replace the image:

    • Select an existing image: Pick one already uploaded to your library.

    • Upload a new image: Drag and drop a file from your computer.

    • Use an image URL: Paste a direct link to the image you want to use.

      Review and test your image before publishing

      Ensure your updated image aligns with your store’s branding and try testing different visuals or thank-you graphics to see which one improves engagement and conversions.

  9. Click Done to confirm the image selection.

  10. Select Save Draft or Publish to apply your changes.

Once published, your updated image will appear on the Thank You page for all new completed orders.
