Create a Multi-Item Page for a Post Purchase Upsell

You can create a multi-item page for your post purchase upsell offer directly in the Post-Upsell Builder. This type of page is used when you want to offer multiple products after checkout, allowing customers to select from several options. You can choose the multi-item template, customize the layout, and publish the page so it becomes available to use inside your funnels.

Follow the steps below to create and customize a Multi-Item Upsell Page:

  1. Log in to your Phoenix dashboard.

  2. In the left panel, go to Stores.

  3. Select the store.

  4. Select the Post Upsell Builder tab.

  5. Scroll down to the Pages section and click + Add Page.

  6. Fill out the upsell page details in the form that appears:

    • Name: Enter a name for the upsell.

    • Template: Select the Multi-Item template (this is the only template that supports multiple products).

    • Tag: Enter a tag for the upsell.

  7. Click Add to create the page.

  8. In the list of pages, click the pencil icon to open the editor.

  9. Update the elements on the page:

    • Click the logo and replace it with your own.

    • Update the header text at the top of the page.

    • All product cards on the page will pull real product data dynamically from the funnel, so you only need to adjust the design and settings, not the product information.

    • Customize the multi-item component:

      • Turn off the product variant field if your products do not have variants.

      • Enter the number of products you plan to display to preview layout spacing.

      • Choose how many products per row you want (e.g., one, three, six, etc.).

      • Adjust card layout and placement as needed.

    • Adjust styling for the product cards:

      • Change button colors.

      • Hide individual buttons if you want to use a single generic button at the bottom.

      • Add or edit decline buttons for each card.

      • Enable or disable subtotal, subtotal discount, or additional price information.

    • Customize colors, fonts, and any other styling options within the multi-item component.

    • Switch between desktop, tablet, and mobile views to confirm the layout looks correct on each device.

  10. Click Publish once all updates are complete.

  11. Click Yes Proceed to confirm.

After publishing, the page becomes available in your funnel as a multi-product post-upsell offer, allowing customers to choose from multiple items.
