Create a Single Item Page for a Post Purchase Upsell

You can create a single item page for your post purchase upsell offer directly in the Post-Upsell Builder. This type of page is used when you want to promote one specific product as an upsell after checkout. You can choose a template, customize images and text, and publish the page so it becomes available to use inside your funnels.

Follow these steps to create a single item page:

  1. Log in to your Phoenix dashboard.

  2. In the left panel, go to Stores.

  3. Select the store.

  4. Select the Post Upsell Builder tab.

  5. Scroll down to the Pages section and click + Add Pages.

  6. Fill out the upsell page details in the form that appears.

    • Name: Enter a name for the upsell.

    • Template: Choose a template for the upsell. You can select any template except:

      • Multi-Item (for multi-product offers)

      • Freestyle (for building a page entirely from scratch)

    • Tag: Enter a tag for the upsell.

  7. Click Add to create the page.

  8. In the list of pages, click the pencil icon to open the editor.

  9. Update the elements on the page:

    • Click the logo and replace it with your own.

    • Click any placeholder image and upload the correct one for the offer.

    • Replace all placeholder text, including:

      • Product name

      • Product description

      • Price fields

    • Remove example wording, such as lorem ipsum, and enter your real content.

    • Update the product name everywhere it appears on the page.

    • Enter your actual pricing and discount values (regular price, discounted price, percentages).

    • Review the buttons and adjust text where needed, including percentages or pricing references.

    • Edit fonts, text formatting, and wording according to your preferences.

    • Switch between device views (desktop, tablet, mobile) to confirm the layout looks correct on each one.

  10. Click Publish once all updates are complete.

  11. Click Yes Proceed to confirm.

After publishing, you can use it inside your funnels as a post-upsell offer for a single product.
